Your Warranties
JW Global provides warranty period validation so you receive maximum value for repair dollars. We track each client’s manufacturer’s warranty by serial number so you know what’s covered under warranty and what costs belong to your company. (We often catch warranties our clients have overlooked!). Business integrity is part of our commitment to you.

Our Warranty
For newly manufactured units to out-of-warranty and end-of-life power supplies, we have built our reputation on the quality of our work. We track each power supply analysis, customer specification, and repair detail by OEM model and serial number, and fully document the results in a failure analysis. Through an internal component serial number swap-out tracking system, we document what parts were repaired or replaced on each unit. We guarantee our repair work for six months.
